We get it—plans change. At Shoesgold (owned by Andy Munoz), we offer a simple, time-bound window to cancel or modify your order.


24-Hour Free Cancellation & Changes
  • You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase at no cost.
  • After 24 hours, orders move into made-to-order production and can no longer be changed or canceled.

How to request (within 24 hours):

  • Email: support@shoesgold.com
  • Subject line: “Cancel Order #____” or “Change Order #____”
  • Include: order number, the exact change requested (size, color, quantity, shipping address), and the name on the order.

Tip: Orders placed after the daily cut-off (5:00 PM Eastern Time) are considered received on the next business day for processing. (Business days: Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. postal holidays.)


What Can Be Changed in the First 24 Hours
  • Shipping details: name, address, phone number
  • Product details: size, color, design variant, quantity
  • Shipping method: switch between Standard and Fast (fees may change)

If an upgrade increases the order total, we’ll send a secure payment link for the difference. If a change reduces the total, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.


After 24 Hours (In Production)
  • Orders are queued for manufacturing and fulfillment and cannot be canceled or altered.
  • If you still need help after production starts, check our Return Policy: non-sale items may be eligible for return within 180 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, with tags, and include proof of purchase.
  • For defective/incorrect items, we cover approved return shipping (Return Cost: $0.00).

Address Accuracy (Very Important)

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays while we contact you for corrections.
  • Shoesgold is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout or for parcels returned/disposed of by the carrier due to address issues.
  • Re-shipping fees apply to reshipments resulting from an incorrect address.
  • Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage if you request a carrier redirect/forwarding.

Timing, Cut-Off & Processing
  • Cut-off time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (New York)
  • Orders placed before cut-off on a business day begin processing the same day.
  • Orders placed after cut-off, on weekends, or on U.S. postal holidays begin processing the next business day.
  • Processing and shipping timelines follow our Shipping Policy (Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time).
